BOD is a parameter that indicates how many organic matter in wastewater. This parameter is very important in the daily operation of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP). The BOD testing is add wastewater with seed and other chemicals into a glass bottle(Carboy, most of them are 300ml), and measure the disslove oxygen at start and after 5 days.
